snack_banana + red rasberries
swimming_lazy laps (10) + plenty of sun
lunch_salad w/ oranges + avocado
dinner_roasted veggies: cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots, onions + cauliflower
desert_frozen banana w/ dark chocolate
my stomach really needed that breakfast this morning and the sun was just what my skin needed. now back on the detox cleanse. dinner was yummy :)
