day 13_back on track

breakfast_bananas 2

afternoon_power yoga_1.5 hrs

snack_apple
lunch_chicken breast, fried 1.5 (no skin)

nap_1 hr.

dinner_roasted chicken breast, sauteed broccoli w/ garlic + salad
dessert_dark chocolate

yoga was great for releasing some built-up tension in my body. skin seemed really thin on elbows and spots looked light today. goal for tomorrow: get more sun.
