late afternoon sun_ 30 min.
snack_walnuts + dark chocolate
dinner_roasted veggies: cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots, onions, cauliflower + salad w/ avocado
elbows were looking better today, maybe some clearing spots. wish legs were healing faster. sore from yoga...it must have been too long. note to self: buy more brazil nuts!!!
