afternoon walk/jog @ beach_1 hr.

dinner_salmon + salad w/ strawberries, mangoes, avocado
dessert_dark chocolate 1/3 bar
exercise on the beach and chat with friend really helped with stress and pain in my neck. got a little sun as well. spots a little inflamed and itchy from cheating on weekend. must be really strict with diet for the rest of the month.
