lunch_cabbage + carrots + squash
snack_banana + 1/2 cantaloupe
desert_watermelon
dinner_sauteed mushrooms, onions, carrots, asparagus, garlic + avocado
evening belly dancing_60 min.
went to bed late night before. woke up really tired and went on morning walk anyways. supper emotional in morning. got into a fight with the hubby :( skin is red and swollen and flaky, flaky.
