day 5_getting lighter

brunch_packet of strawberries + roasted veggies: cabbage, carrots + cauliflower
snack_banana + carrot juice
dinner_salad w/ sunflower seeds, coconut + italian dressing
desert_glass of red wine (PETS petite syrah)

stayed up late last night. it was friday night. slept in this morning really late. felt sooo good. i swear sometimes i need to sleep like a bear :) spots were looking better in morning...lighter pink and thin flakes. by night time...red and itchy, maybe from the wine.
