day 28_sun, sun, sun

breakfast_banana + cantaloupe 1/2
snack_banana

afternoon sunbathe_1 hr.

lunch_banana
snack_brazil nuts
dinner_smoothie: bananas (2), strawberries, rice milk
dessert_green tea w/ rice milk + honey

the sun really help the spots. they are so light and very little flakes. i'm trying to get sun on all the days that i'm off work.
