lunch_tuna salad: tuna, mango, carrots, onion, asparagus, cilantro, olive oil, lemon
snack_brazil nuts
dinner_salad w/ cucumber, avocado + ginger soy dressing + albacore sashimi
dessert_green tea w/ rice milk and honey + dark chocolate
