today i am so itchy :( but i did binge on junk before the diet. i ate everything i wanted this past weekend...pulled pork, corn pudding cakes, bacon cheese burger, bbq chicken pizza and plenty of alcohol. now i am paying for it. but i did get the cravings out of my system. and to tell you the truth, the junk food was disappointing, not as satisfying as one builds it up to be. so i'm really happy to be going on this cleanse now. ridding my body of toxins, apparently the toxins that it can no longer handle.
